Massimo Popolizio will have the main role in "I have examined Chopin", the title of a text written by the renowned doctor and homeopath Francesco Negro. He traced back the great Polish pianist's disease by means of letters and documents, which give insight on the life and work of this magnificent Romantic musician. Popolizio will read them, backed by Massimo Brunetti on piano. Most of pieces are mazurkas: they are very intimate, somewhat hidden, and at the same time the deepest part of Chopin's production, still largely to be investigated. |
